"Ashavan โ Forest of Hopes โ is a compassionate animal welfare initiative dedicated to healing, and protecting street and abandoned animals while reconnecting humans with kindness and nature.
We believe that when animals feel safe, humanity becomes stronger.
Ashavan is not just an organization โ it is a growing movement of compassion, responsibility, and conscious coexistence."
Rescue & Sterilization
We rescue injured, sick, and distressed street animals, providing timely medical care and treatment. Whenever possible, we return them to their familiar environment. Animals unable to survive on the streets are cared for in our temporary shelter with food, safety, and ongoing medical support.
Our goal is to build a permanent shelter, and we seek support from compassionate individuals and organizations to achieve this. We also run sterilization programs to humanely control the street animal population.
Adoption Drive
We regularly organize pet adoption drives to help homeless dogs and cats find loving, permanent homes.
Over time, these efforts have received an overwhelming response from compassionate adopters.
Through these adoption initiatives, we aim not only to find homes for animals in need but also to encourage responsible pet adoption and build a more compassionate community for animals. ๐พ
Food drive
We conduct regular food drives to support dogs, cats, and other animals living on the streets who often struggle to find adequate nutrition. Through these drives, our volunteers ensure that hungry animals receive safe and nutritious meals.
What makes our feeding program unique is our commitment to compassion for all animals. The food we provide is completely free from animal products, ensuring that while we help street animals, we do not contribute to the exploitation or suffering of other animals. ๐พ
Education & Advocacy
With advocacy efforts we aim to be the voice for animals who cannot speak for themselves. Using various mediums like street outreach, seminars in school colleges, cooking workshops, awareness stalls etc we try to create awareness on how individuals and organizations can not just lead a cruelty free lifestyle but also provide support and help to animals in need. ๐พ
